Rutgers Engineering students took the top three prizes at the Amazon Packathon! This year, the challenge focused on solutions to improve the customer experience and make retail packaging more suitable for the rising e-commerce industry. Student teams had 48 hours to develop a one-page summary and video pitch that addressed reducing damage and packaging waste, and improving the experience of opening and/or disposing of products. Eleven groups submitted solutions.
